Project Information

Saint Theresa Bilingual School in La Ceiba has served its community for over 30 years, building a strong reputation for bilingual education. Over time, its identity no longer reflected the full depth of who they are or the purpose that guides them.

Challenge

As they approached this milestone, their leadership team felt the need for something more complete—an identity that could better express their values, culture, and vision for the future. They were looking for clarity and alignment, not just a change in appearance.

Solution

Through conversations with their team, we came to understand a school shaped by care, pride, and a deep commitment to its students. Together, we translated that into a clearer, more meaningful identity.

At the center is the Mayan Lamat, which honors their cultural heritage and represents abundance and growth. Flowing ocean lines reflect their North Coast setting—bringing a sense of stability and calm. A book speaks to the role of education, while the North Star represents vision and direction. The jaguar remains, carrying forward their legacy of strength and pride.

Beyond the core symbol, we developed a flexible system with distinct visual expressions for academics and athletics. Allowing them to communicate clearly across different parts of school life while staying unified.

Working with Mrs. Dixon and her staff has been an absolute pleasure. I am happy that our partnership has grown, and we have gotten to understand them, and they have come to trust us. Since launch, the impact has been clear. The school now feels fully represented—grounded in who they are, and clear about where they are going.

Client Feedback

Before working with your team, our Jaguar stood at the center of our brand. It reflected pride, strength, and courage, but it did not fully capture the depth of who we are as a school or the true purpose that guides us. While the Jaguar remains a part of our heritage, our new branding has expanded our story, weaving in the richness of our culture, values, and vision for the future. The new logo beautifully reflects this transformation.
