Can I do branding on a small budget?

Of course! We can always adjust to your budget or find a solution that works for you. You can also email us asking about our sprints—we’ll chat and see what’s the best fit. And if needed, we’re happy to refer you to other designers!

What happens if I don’t have a design team to implement the branding?

No worries! We’ll go over this in our first meeting and can include easy-to-use templates to make things easier for you. Plus, you’ll get a brand manual with all the do’s and don’ts of your new brand. And if you ever need more designs down the road, we’re here to help!

How long does the branding process take?

It depends. Projects could range from 8 weeks to several months, depending on the type of project and amount of items being designed. Timelines are set at the beginning so you know exactly what to expect when working with us.

How do you ensure the design fits my vision?

Our process starts with a discovery meeting, where we dive into your brand’s vision and goals. From there, we build a design strategy to bring it to life and get the best results.

Can you help with printing, packaging, or production?

Yes! We’ll help you find the best printing option and handle all the communication with the printers for you. Once everything’s ready, we’ll let you know—it’s that easy! No stress, no back-and-forth, just great prints waiting for you.

About Web Design

How long does it take to design a website?

It depends. Projects can range from 8 weeks to several months and it depends mostly on the number of pages, type of design, and time it takes the client to provide the necessary information.

What website platforms do you work with?

We primarily build websites on WordPress, crafting custom designs tailored to your needs—no templates here! For e-commerce, we also work with Shopify to set you up for success.

Will I be able to edit my website after it’s launched?

Yes! You’ll have full access and all the logins to update whatever you need. Plus, we’ll provide a simple guide to help you edit text, images, and anything else your website requires.

Do I need to provide content for the website?

Before we start development (or ideally before design), we’ll need the final text and images for your site. If you need help with content, we’re happy to assist for an additional cost.

What happens after launch?

Once your project is live, we’ll provide a manual to help you make small updates, like changing text and images or adding project updates. Depending on the project, we may also offer a maintenance service.

Do you offer ongoing support after the project is completed

We sure do! If you need ongoing support, we can create a maintenance plan to keep your site updated and running smoothly.

About Payments

Are there any payment plans?

Payments are split into three parts: 50% upfront before we start, 30% after the first design phase is approved, and the final 20% before any deliverables are handed over.

If you need a payment plan, just let us know—we’d be happy to create a custom option for you.

Are there any additional costs I should know about?

Some projects may have additional costs for things like fonts, photography, domain, hosting, plugins, and Shopify themes. These are third-party services, and the payments go directly to those providers.

If there are any extra costs, we’ll let you know upfront so there are no surprises along the way.

What is your payment method?

If you’re in Central America, payment is made via wire transfer to a BAC Credomatic account.

If you’re outside Central America, payments will be made via Payoneer or wire transfer.
