Payment schedule

We require a non-refundable 50 percent payment before the project begins. We can program the work once payment is received. The remaining 50 percent is due before the final files are supplied.

Rights and ownership

When you’ve paid the full amount, you’ll have full ownership of the finals designs approved during the project. The only right we reserve is to use the work for self-promotion of Studio Mondos and the members involved. If you require full confidentiality please notify us before beginning the project.

Communication

Communication is usually by email, helping both parties keep track of specific design requirements and potential changes. Email us anytime, and we’ll answer during office hoursMonday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST)or call us on +504 9829 8161 during office hours. We are happy to set up a video call on Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, or another platform if necessary.

Digital files

We’ll store a copy of your approved final files for at least three months after they’re sent in case something happens on your end.

Miscellaneous

Samples: You won’t mind sending us samples of print designs that result from the project deliverables. We’ll then photograph the items for self-promotion.

Confidentiality: If any information you provide is confidential please notify us by email before the project begins. This may affect the pricing within the proposal.

Indemnity: This part is included upon the recommendation of all major international design organizations. You agree to indemnify us from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs, but only to the extent caused by and arising out of the work we supply. Let us point out that our work has never resulted in any legal disputes, and we intend to keep it that way.
